I am thinking you have had a deep dive into the Green Growth documents using a word search and couldn’t find any examples where “Air Quality” is mentioned regarding setting limits on aircraft emissions?
Not surprising really, as if it was set at todays levels there would be no expansion plans for 32m and no need to concrete over public open space.
