Yes, i have flying exp for a regional carrier, but as a solo f/a and it was a few years ago. I guess they look at how well you work with the other candidates and how the day unfolds. Sure, having the flying exp helps, however i think they are looking at what other skills people can bring to the role. I dont think they base their decision entirely on if you have prevoius flying exp or not.
