A friend of the wife lands at Luton Airport at 23:40 on Friday night and takes 3 hours to exit the terminal, which was longer than the actual flight. It would seem that the airport has major staffing issues or is it that the physical infrastructure is just not in place?
Be interesting where the pinch points were, getting off aircraft, customs, luggage collection? This is a bad time of day with everything arriving back for the night, similar to early AM departures- have heard similar at STN & LGW at that time of day though.
