Bird strike recovery capacity

In the event of a commercial passenger jet aircraft having a bird strike in an engine on landing, an engineer will presumably need to take a close look before the aircraft can fly again.

How big an airport (assume it has at least 1 A320/B737 commercial flight per week and is not a significant engineering base) would likely have a suitably qualified person on site or very nearby to inspect and sign-off for an A320/B737, if it happens at a convenient time, eg mid morning on a weekday ?
