I was being slightly facetious and think it would be a push to get there and marginal to stay there (and I am actually thinking of the 360 based B+/C/D) but the FAA's 360 type certificate has a ceiling of 20,000'. Given past history of specs being written to meet the capabilities of the preferred candidate I was trying to work out what met it closely. 295 and 27J both 30,000 ft ceiling and 40 + paratroopers. Mind you theoretically a C-47/Dakota could make the height and numbers.
