I doubt we will see a replacement for the Ecureuil (or any of the other intermediate singles like the 407) anytime until long after 2024. With the development costs of a clean-sheet design/development versus sales margin, the business case is challenging. And the current models are still selling well, so no incentive for Airbus to do more than incremental upgrades like they've been doing.
