I can see where (or WAG it) that could be the case since a person entering the 1500-hour US airline world at minimum flight time would typically need to spend a few years at
some regional or other anyway. But until accurate data is produced, it's hard to tell what effect these burdensome contacts will have on recruiting at the regionals having them.
I just don't know. Did Republic ever take E3s ?
