It sure can't do it any good...a bold move. SKW used to take E3s but I don't know if they have in recent years. All I see on their website is the usual "...right to work in the USA..." and that doesn't necessarily tell the whole story re hiring expats.
They’ve been taking A LOT of E3’s in the last 12 months.
Also ACN just updated their article; that bond appears to be only for foreign pilots employed through a specific firm.
