Let's be honest, these guys have tried to slice and dice the pay with zero positive results.The market has spoken. Very soon they'll realise the only way to get any meaningful results is to raise the pay for flight ops significantly in order to be competitive. Which brings us back to where we were before they sliced and diced the pay. What was the whole point of this excercise?
