2022 selectees (if that's even a word) will have at most only completed a few months of line flying I would guess?.... I suppose that's enough to comment of course, but their initial period would have been a blur of induction, classroom lessons, simulator training (the short Boeing course, as well as the A380 training in Frankfurt would have been pretty intense as it's a lot, in a short space of time) and line flying under supervision, which is also busy. So their answer might be: BUSY!
