What are views on how sellable the C4s and the remaining unsold C5s are? Rumours were rife that Sweden was looking to replace is Hs with 6 UK J's then it agreed to buy (4+2 options) surplus Italian J's but cancelled the order on the grounds that the refurb costs quote from 'industry' was far too high. The Greeks were subsequently supposed to be interested getting the 6 of Italian ones the Swedes rejected but later rumoured to be getting a combination of 2 USAF surplus C130s (model not specified) and 2+ J's under an FMS. South Africa is apparently trying to decide between 1) some of the UKs J's or 2) short term ex-USAF Hs (OSD 2028) and an upgrade their existing 5 -BZs for R1.6 billion (c £800m) extending the OSD to 2040 or 3) complete ditch their C-130 capability.

P.S. 622, you would have had to stand on top of one of the Thorney Island hangars to have got a reasonable view of them at that distance.
