of improvements to T & Cs . Juicy pay rates for the A350
As did the SH/LH EBAs 3 / 4 years before
And the SH/LH EBAs again 3/4 years before that
There has never been a pay freeze in ML
Can you please outline where specifically TCs have been eroded ?
