Just a quick comment to the DC10 person, as you quite rightly put it you and many others wanted to work at Manchester. I and many others would love to work in sunny Hampshire. None of us have been successful. This surely makes a mockery of being a mobile grade, if you are only allowed to be mobile when the company forces you to be.
