it's no different to some of the terrible patterns. Jetstar don't care until it costs them money. Everyone calls in sick and then they change it real fast.
We all have to have some balls and stand up for ourselves and say NO. Jetstar is never going to respect it's staff. So it to falls upon us to **** them over in evey way and MAKE them change things.
Saying NO is one thing but improving many clauses within the agreement, and creating new, is another matter that needs to be dealt with at some point. The smart unions would have negotiated these improvements before the A321s arrived by the truckload and start stupid long missions all over the place, but no, let’s just all cave in and put up with bull**** clauses for a few wasted years then start talking about improvements in many years. But hey, it’s what was voted in.

Stop voting in garbage and start looking after yourself by pushing back on pathetic union negotiation attempts and make some headway.
