this episode is not really relevant to this thread as it is all about spinning on the ETPS course ETPS NEVER SPan the Jaguar and flew all manoeuvres with care to avoid departure; I used the mantra 8 alpha is life because most departures were caused by coarse lateral stick inputs at 8 alpha or more. I never did have one depart on me in flight testing and i did some wacky things in strange stores configurations. I do appear briefly in that linked video clip in some of the classroom scenes, and spinning the Hunter was definitely one of the highlights of the course
