However, my sources close to the LTN camp advise that a positive announcement will be made next week. They also advise that new staff are slowly being taken on. Someone actually joined them this last Monday, in what capacity, I don't know. We may all be proved very wrong and they might just start up, albeit a bit late - ok a year later than originally planned
