I think this is coming from a perspective of what it
could contribute should it be/have been more successful, I.e if the airport was able to attract scheduled carriers with links to hubs, and more frequent freight integrators, as I can’t see how that mentioned level of economic input has any ROI from a public spend point of view given the vast amounts likely to be required to get it up and running again.
