One of the many remarkable things the documents reveal is the lack any record of who made and implemented the decision to airbrush the offensive words from the Form. Comically inept and inappropriate. I have difficulty imagining someone who is "inpatient" to take-off. Logistically impossible I suspect, unless they are talking about the RFDS and an actual patient. Would be funny if it wasn't so serious.
