Somebody put info about the accident on Facebook. 5th December 1979, Mid Air Collision between F-14A 159022 from VF-32 and another F-14 near Puerto Rico. The other Tomcat managed to get back to base. 159022 crashed into the sea Killing the pilot (Lt. Chiasson) and LCDR
