One thing that the likes of Woolworths and Wesfarmers do well, is the one team mindset across all its banners, they have just as many agreements as Qantas does.
Qantas does a good job of creating divisions within its own ranks. You’d think Goyder would perhaps unite the group a bit more, I guess he is under Alan’s spell.
