On one hand the crew you work with on a daily basis are fantastic and as I said the training department (always a few exceptions) are excellent. But every day just constantly feels like pushing **** up hill, for a horrible management that give you zero respect or support.
Hate to say it but this is basically the same at most airlines in Australia at the moment, and if you thought it was any different here at the mothership you would be in for a surprise. And for a bonus here you have the constant degradation of your flying conditions and farming off of your flying to other entities and companies. Never have I felt so disrespected and undervalued by my employer than in recent times.
