Long days and random days off .6 days on and 2 off, 4 days on 1 off etc. Every one to their own but myself I have little interest whether I work hard or not in the winter its the good weather where I can spend time with the family, hobbies etc time that can never be regained.
Don’t do 6on2off, nor do they do single days off, except in very rare circumstances.
