Surely this is just a wind up? Concentrating on our job of safely flying the “walk on freight” is what the passengers want and is the ultimate responsibility. As if they give a f### about you checking them in and putting a tag on their bag.

Pay us extra if we now have to do some completely different job that takes our focus away from the more important job of being a professional pilot. This isn’t GA.
