I didn’t say that at all. I said she, as the chair of LRT, has no mandate, as she was not elected after being placed in what turned out to be the safest seat in Luton so there was no election.

She was moved, as her party knew there was a good chance that as the chair of LRT, who was promoting more noise misery over the roofs of the people she claimed to represent, that she would have been voted out of the council.

Of course she would have had some level of support and the Labour group did win the elections but lost heavily in the areas affected by aircraft noise by winning only 1 seat out of 11.
