The only US carrier with a major presence in the Sth Pacific is United. So, using them as an example.

1. Why would they establish a base in an outport? If they did, it would have to be crewed from the seniority list, leading to:
2. Of the Aussies currently flying for UAL, all of us can hold SFO 777 FO, some can hold SFO 787 FO, I’m not aware of any having the seniority for 777/787 PIC (multiple decades). So how would they crew it?

Makes absolutely no sense, which is why the OP is full of it.
