Makes sense. Since Part 121 time isn't a requirement, F9 will just have that person get an E3.
Most regionals currently seem to be very interested in people who have Part 121 time so they can be upgraded in short order to fix the capt/FO imbalance they face. F9 doesn't have such an imbalance.
Interesting times for sure.
