What's not obvious to me is whether these pilots going to Frontier on E3s are jumping from a US regional job...or off the boat from Australia. I'm guessing regional jump:

I know a few who have made the jump over to F9 from US regional carriers. Another person I know locked in a virtual interview recently, while still being in Australia and has no previous 121 time.
They do however have a significant number of total, turbine and multi-engine hours.
