While the US regionals have apparently slowed down hiring F/Os (and hence E3s), Frontier is still taking E3s. Start on post #3858 in this thread for mention of recent Frontier E3 activity. What's not obvious to me is whether these pilots going to Frontier on E3s are jumping from a US regional job...or off the boat from Australia. I'm guessing regional jump:
