I believe it’s around £50k basic for FO and £105 for captain plus around £6k to cover stuff (uniform , insurance etc.) that other companies would probably offer on top of salary ….then about £14k sector pay per annum . I don’t work for Ryanair so I can’t vouch for how precise those figures are for U.K. base
