Cover up shut up, protected the trainer by all means. So don’t tell me EK is somehow helpful on wrong doing by a trainer.
there is absolutely nothing to expect from these people. Not to say that Airbus and Boeing in this company had been till now (depending on the CPA and CPB) two complete different worlds.
Whilst some trainers will be more protected than others, a number have fallen on their sword due to trends forming from unfavourable feedback. Can't speak for the Airbus mind you.
