Nope, just generalising.
On Boeings with EICAS, there are numerous messages that get inhibited at 80 knots - in fact if you need your message to fall through the inhibit, you need to specify that. Engine wise, there are only a few messages that fall through - ENG FAIL and ENG FIRE coming to mind.
