Can't really see an increase in pay for aircrew. Enough cadets in pipeline that enable FR to keep their precious profits in view. Can't blame them they run a very tight ship and will continue whilst they see their management profiles work. Even though they are losing many to other operators they will continue to keep wages and conditions at their present levels. They have a very solid conveyer belt of newbies coming on stream. It's their way.
