pay is 50k basic plus extras. 70k if you do 850 hours. Includes your pension, leave, allowances ect

Bases honoured. Ha ha ha. Good one. Recently yes they have been trying to give people their bases. Loads of people they don’t though. Many times people jump seating home. Some been waiting years to move. Then they hear someone straight out of LT get that base.
As JFO UK bank on £3200ish after tax. Couple hundred up or down on that.
FO peeps few hundred extra on that is what I have seen and been told. Yea if you run £70k through a tax calculator it says you should get £4K. You won’t be getting that as FO.
Not the lowest paid gig in UK but it’s a reason along with many other reasons why people are leaving in droves.
