The forecourt is still a building site. When opened there will be no drop off area while on Kimpton Road there are double yellow lines.

Passengers can use this new walkway to cross the railway tracks….
…or carry on using the old walkway that links to the Dart station via a long slope. This is the route to the original railway station and multi storey car park.
The walk between the railway and the Dart is far from seamless with uncooperative gate lines impeding progress by rejecting tickets. As there are separate gate lines for the Dart and the railway it was causing twice the queues.
The station at Parkway is having 2 sections of its first floor dug up before it has even officially opened.
The Dart was running with much longer gaps between its departures making for a poorer experience with packed trains.
At the terminal end the down escalator was already broken.
