The pool of trained ex AF personnel is probably about 10,000 people. Getting support set up would be no problem. I bet there are many E-mails between candidates and the Ukrainians flying about as we speak.
Some were, other billets you mention are handled beyond the squadron level, which is why squadrons rarely deploy alone unless being hosted. You think Ukraine has maintainers with F16 experience?
