The guy certainly walked under the tail boom aft of the horizontal stabilisers (and their end-plates - what ever the correct terminology is!) so that is getting far too close for comfort. He seemed completely oblivious of the danger. As we know from this forum, wasn't so long ago that it didn't end well for another passenger doing this.
