I've got one by Reolink that would probably fit the bill. They do some super-wide angle ones, and the app is pretty decent to get footage on your phone. They can also easily toggle off the IR illuminator, which is going to be useful if you want to see conditions at night. They do some with self-contained solar and WiFi, which is pretty nice for installation in a random place.
Also worth making sure you install it with nothing close-by in it's FOV so the gain at night is sensible.

<Edit to add - get a WiFi one and a 4g hotspot, it'll give you a much wider choice - but the Reolink duo 4g is the one I was thinking of, though it requires power>
