UK licenses are only needed for the RYR UK fleet which currently stands at about 10-15 aircraft. The vast majority of the UK operation is RYR DAC, EI reg, requiring an EASA (IAA) license. The company are sponsoring UK work visas for EU citizens to be based there, be that to work for DAC or RUK.

As far as I'm aware recruitment does not slow during summer
