What have you looked at? ENR6-68 to 6-70 show the lower and upper airways. Scottish Upper airspace has no airways as it is now designated as Free Route Airspace.

I looked at ENR 3 ATS ROUTES ENR 3.1 CONVENTIONAL NAVIGATION ROUTES and couldn't find any information on the page.
The info MEA, distance, MAG course and so are on that part of AIP in my country.
