that sounds like pretty much any standard company knowledge any well respected airline would expect to know from candidates. Pretty good way of checking to see if the individual has put some homework in or just thinks they can waltz in at a whim.
Flying freight all night isn’t something to be sniffed at and many can’t hack it. So the likes of DHL pay very well and offer benefits to make things “easier” and more attractive. They’re making sure you know what you’re about to sign up to instead of chasing the $$ or benefits.
