That creates a vacancy for a new scapegoat - the Poisoned Chalice springs eternal.

Hot Seat ? Depends what you are allowed to make of it. I'm told Director of Flight Operations used to be a prestigious appointment - now it's just another level of mediochre management, taking orders from any TD&H.

BA sent a completely different team to the Tribunal Remedy Hearing. ... Judgement not expected for a couple of months.
