Get plenty of sleep the night before, it is LONG. Much more of an endurance test than a skill test. It's an 80s style computer with four or so minigames that you alternate between, with subtle variations on the rules. One of the minigames will always be worth bonus points, so unless you know you're terrible at that one, always pick the bonus minigame.
I have no idea if you can actually fail it or not. I wasn't told my score and didn't receive any feedback, just quietly moved on to the next step in the assessment process after a while.
