Keep Going.
Over coming adversity is a desirable character trait in a Pilot.
If you have exams outstanding get some tuition, One to one, if required.
Aviation is in a lull at the moment but it is a cyclical industry.
It will get better and busier. Most companies want someone with a licence.
While some might ask about a Ground school failure or three, most don't care.
