HELP !!!!!!!!
Firstly i must apologize for sending this message to you directly but the reason for it is a safety issue regarding CAT downgrade on stopbars. When an adjacent lamp error is present in a stopbar , CAT 2 ( if currently applicable) must be downgraded to CAT 1. Does this apply to the other runways at the same moment or just for that specific runway ??? Also is there a specific paragraph in the ICAO / EASA regulations or anywhere that it can be confirmed
