safetypee: as the people, operational environment and language evolve, would it make sense to start using this, "Rolling take-off"? Ticks all the boxes in my book, apart from needing a separate "move now!" call.
(I am not sure if immediately sounded over there, and have no desire listening to the tapes. In that environment it does not really matter - which is not a fault of anyone involved)
