Makes sense! I know the transition from 320 to 330 is very short, I assume it’s the same duration for the 320 to 380? I don’t know if that works for the Boeing fleet as well
If they are is desperate need for new guys, sure doesn’t make any sense to reduce your pool even more. Let’s wait and see. I might go to flydubai though, can’t waste time on a bet that u don’t know how long it’s going to take

To add some context, the company is desperately short of trainers on the Boeing at least and I suspect the Airbus is similar. A job that is coveted in so many carriers, yet EK can't attract enough suitable internal applicants. A general reflection of the malaise within the ranks.
