Anyone knows the clarity on the pay? On their website it says:
  • Basic salary + Housing allowance + Transportation allowance: AED 31,900
  • Variable Flying pay: Avg. Monthly AED 10,640 (Based on 70 hours)

What is the actual salary end of the Month for FOs without Overtime and Per Diems?
