hi,

better to check regulations again.
My instructor in Belgium told me one was not allowed to exercice instructor privileges before one has a CPL
Which means, you are not allowed to be paid to fly unless you have a commercial licence.

I would suggest the normal route of PPL-CPL/IR-ME before even thinking of being instructor.

Being an insturctor is about one topic : instructing people.

If you are only a low hour PPL you have to be a very good pilot if you want to give tuition, becouse people can do very funny things in airplanes (can be very scary if u'r not prepared).
