I would say just picking up on the very emotive picture of German tanks streaming across the steppes with cannon blazing, to reinforce earlier propaganda tirades about Nazis threatening Russia ( whether that be from Ukraine, Germany or the many NATO capitals where they are, of course, omnipresent ).They may already be mocking up some wrecked tanks to look like Leopard and Abrams, so they can show early "kills" by their valiant heroes. In usual Russian fashion , however, it's quite likely they will display these before said tanks even arrive in Ukraine: perhaps of little import to them, because the propaganda effect is principally aimed at the domestic "market".
