Indeed, I’m sure they do. I expect that a fair bit of the new capability will be used to install and haul mission equipment packages that simply didn’t exist in the 1970’s and have been eating into payload and performance margins for years. The improved fuel burn will be as welcome as anything else… “free” range and time on station.
